Davit

ATECH davits Systems are a traditional, most economical solution and effective method to provide permanent access to exterior building facades. The Davit system consists of galvanized steel sockets, anchored to the building and a high-strength aluminum alloy or hot dip galvanized Steel mast and arm (the davit).

Roof Mounted Double Rail Track Motorzed Trolley (BMU)

Double Rail Track is used for traversing roof trolley machine. Mostly used for machines with long jib length.The distance between the track and the size of the track beam depends on the design of each machine. The tracks are normally fixed on concrete (RCC) pedestals that are connected to the roof slab.

Roof Mounted Motorzed Trolley on Guide Track (BMU)

Guide track Machines are used on concrete slabs with fair finish. They run on free wheel (ideal wheel) in the back and motorized guided wheels in the front side. Guide track machines are economical for horizontally long facades slabs. They can serve long elevations without the need for heavy tracks and pedestals. They can use ATECH self power STD cradle or ATECH self power swivel cradle depending on the customer requirements.Boom range is short for Guide track Machines, 2m is the normal length and can go up to 6m.

Parapet Mounted Motorzed Trolley (BMU)

The Parapet Mounted Machines are common in buildings that have high parapets whether concrete or steel, . In many cases it also becomes a necessity due to space constraints in the building roof. The Parapet Machine runs on rail tracks that is fixed on the internal face of the parapet

Parapet Clamp Jib system

Parapet mounted Clamp system is used when the building parapet is capable of carrying loads. Suitable for façades within 0.5 m to 1 m from the parapet. It is made of steel and galvanized.

An Eye bolt is a bolt with a loop at one end. Safety Eye Bolt is machined and electro polished. They are available in various sizes and specifications. The raw material used to manufacture these products is SS-304/SS316. Safety Eye Bolt is applicable for Façade Cleaning. Safety Eye Bolt is corrosion resistant.
